Is my order confirmed when I send it?
No. It is a request. The team replies to confirm the day, the time and the total.
Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes. Every slot in a box can hold a different bun.
How far ahead should I order?
The app lets you choose a day from tomorrow up to 30 days ahead. For a large order, send it early so the team can plan it.
Do you deliver?
You can ask for delivery anywhere in Ibagué. The team confirms the cost and the time when they reply.
How do I pay?
Payment is not handled in the app. The team tells you how to pay when they confirm the order.
What about allergies?
Tell the team about any allergy in the notes or when they reply, and ask them about the ingredients. The app does not list ingredients for allergy decisions.
How many buns do I need for a party?
Use the planner: enter the number of guests and buns per guest, and it suggests boxes you can then fill.
Where is my order saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
